Longtime friend of Cliff Richard, Sue Barker..well a friend was doing some building work at her place and reckons that he watched her on numerous occasions giving hand relief to her dogs in a playful way, totally oblivious to the fact that said builders, whilst having cups of tea, were very uncomfortable with it. what started out as tickling the dogs tummys soon became something of a strange moment to observe.

knowing the bloke, this was too random for him to have made up.
